I have just switched on my x box, not having used it in the last week, only to find that under "my games" there is nothing there, games I have downloaded or games my grandchildren have, have all disappeared, has anybody had this problem and apart from reinstalling everything is there any way I can reset my console to a previous date to recover all the games, all help and advice appreciated.
